On-Site Coordinator
Our event staff is here to ensure your day is perfect with layout customization, and complementary set-up and break-down before and after your event. We will provide recommendations of top local, NC caterers, party rental suppliers, and hotel accommodations.

Block pricing is available (subject to availability). Embassy Suites offers either room or suite configurations.
Rental Amenities
All rentals include the use of our 60" round tables, banquet chairs, and high-top cocktail tables for your reception area (available upon request).
Private Outdoor Patio
Rental of the Grand Ballroom includes exclusive access to our expansive 4,000 sq. ft. private patio, complete with wrought iron tables and chairs (umbrellas optional). Beautiful space to host your wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, or late night reception.
